Registration Opens: May 31, 2024
Registration Deadline: October 1, 2024 (full payment due)
Registration Deposit: $400 (refundable minus $150 fee until 10/18/2023)
Tournament Cancellation Policy: If the tournament is canceled for any unexpected reason tournament fee and deposit will be refunded minus $100 for all teams.
High School Varsity: $2,100
High School Junior Varsity: $2,100
7th/8th Grade AA: $2,000
7th/8th Grade A: $2,000
5th/6th Grade AA: $1,800
5th/6th Grade A: $1,800
3rd/4th Grade: $1,250
Note: Divisions may be split or adjusted to create the most competitive experience for the tournament.
Discounts: Multiple team discount, $100 per team while registering 2+ teams (contact jason@citysidelax.com for discount code before registering)
Payment Options: CC/ACH are accepted through the registration system. Checks are also acceptable, please contact jason@citysidelax.com for instructions on paying by check.

All tournament participants must be current US Lacrosse members in order to participate. US Lacrosse membership numbers will be collected and verified when completing tournament waivers. If you are not currently a member, or your membership is set to expire during the event, please visit US Lacrosse to register.
All Player Registrations & Waivers will be completed through League Apps. Team contacts will be sent instructions on player registration closer to the event.
Waivers Must be Completed by October 15th - It is the responsibility of the coaches and/or directors to have every member of your roster sign the waivers prior to the tournament in order to play.

In the event of adverse weather or unplayable field conditions, the Tournament Director reserves the right to:
We will make every attempt to play every minute of every game but the safety of players and all tournament attendees comes first.
No refunds will be granted if these actions are necessary after the start of the tournament.
Lightning
If lightning is observed at any location play will be suspended immediately following US Lacrosse Lightning Policy. Any lightning within 6 miles of fields will result in suspension of play, and all participants and spectators will be required to find safe shelter. Play will resume in 30 minutes assuming no additional lightning strikes occur within 6 miles. Any further lightning strikes within 6 miles will reset the 30 minute clock. Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust schedule based on the delay (ex: game suspended in 1st half may resume at start of 2nd half, games suspended in 2nd half may be considered completed)
This event is not a stay-to-play event. It will be the team's or families' responsibility to make any needed travel arrangements.
For your convenience we have set up a small hotel block at Courtyard Seattle Sea-Tac Area. Use the hotel booking link to reserve rooms. If additional rooms are needed, please contact jason@citysidelax.com. Booking closes 10/04.

Players interested in participating in an event but are not on a team MUST register as a Free Agent using Emerald City Cup Free Agent Form.
Once a player registers as a Free Agent, their contact information will be shared to attending coaches/directors.
If a team needs players for their team, the coach/director will contact the Free Agent directly.

We are so excited for our 1st Annual Boys Tournament this fall. We’d love to get your support to make this event the best we can, and continue to grow the game. We are looking for Adults and High Schoolers who are interested in volunteering and/or working as staff for the tournament. Check out the details below and fill out the survey if interested!
Volunteer/Staff Positions: Score Table, Setup/Takedown, Parking Coordinator, Merchandise Sales, Tournament Information, Runner, Referee (qualified through WALOA), General Support (will sign for volunteer hours / staff to be paid $15-20/hr depending on position)
